Mainly, if we are teachers, it would be wise and helpful for us to talk about our own difficulties and not try to seem perfected. I believe sharing your obstacles and how you practice with them helps everyone have confidence that it is the practice that transforms obstacles, and that practice does not depend on some specially realized person but on honesty.
